Praline Coater IR_PRA60
The IR_PRA60 model is our flagship machine for the caramelisation of seeds (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, dried fruit, pistachios, etc.). It is designed for medium-scale production in laboratories supplying large retailers and specialist shops. Indicative hourly output is approximately 22–24 kg/h; speed can be adjusted from a minimum of 18 g/min for a more refined product with slow cooking over low heat, up to 32 g/min for accelerated production. Operating temperature is adjustable between +18°/25° C.
